Originally from the Midwest, I graduated high school in St. Louis, Missouri before joining the U.S. Army Reserves. From 2003–2004, I deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving in the Psychological Operations Command attached to the 101st Airborne Division and concluding my service as a Team Chief (Sergeant).
After returning home, I attended Missouri Baptist University on a partial athletic scholarship and competed on the men’s volleyball team while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and Sport Management. My passion for athletics led to a nearly 20-year career as a collegiate volleyball coach at NCAA Division I, II, and III universities.
In 2021, I came to Montana to work as an outdoor adventure guide, leading trips throughout the region surrounding Yellowstone National Park. While guiding in Paradise Valley, I built strong relationships with a local ranch family and continued returning to Park County each season to help on ranches and guide elk hunts. Over time, Montana became home.
In September 2023, I was honored to begin serving the community as a Police Officer with the City of Livingston. Today, I work as a Community Resource Officer and remain committed to public service.
When I’m not working, I enjoy helping on a ranch in Paradise Valley, guiding dude rides, and exploring Montana’s outdoors with my dog Dolly. I currently live in Emigrant and am proud to call Park County home.
